Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original WOMO packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
